University Hospitals, one of the nation’s leading health care systems, provides comprehensive primary and community-based care as well as access to the highest quality specialty care at locations throughout Northeast Ohio. The organization launched its “Wellness Matters” program in 2009 as a way to provide information, resources, and tools to support the health, financial, work and life well-being of its employees. The program was comprehensive, but University Hospitals wanted a way to bring employees together and boost their physical activity.
