Our platform connects with wireless biometric devices that track blood pressure, heart rate, weight, and Body Mass Index. We can also integrate data feeds from your onsite and at-home blood-based screening vendors. Using our platform, employees can get a snapshot of their health in a single place, identify key areas for improvement, and earn incentives for participation and outcomes.
Health Risk Assessments
One way to measure the health risk of your population is through a Health Risk Assessment. HRAs not only give you, as an employer, a sense of what is driving your health care costs, but they also help employees to understand their health and where to focus their efforts. We offer third-party validated and evidence-based HRAs that integrate with our platform and provide reporting back to the participant and to the employer. We can also tie financial incentives to HRA completion.

We know maintaining your existing wellness brand is important to you. That’s why we don’t force our brand on your population. We can brand our platform website, URL, participant tools, and marketing materials to match your existing corporate or wellness program identity. This makes the program feel like an internal initiative and can increase employee buy-in and ownership of the program.

Do you have a global population? Many of our clients have asked us to implement our program for their employees around the world. That’s why our platform is now available in twelve languages. We also offer translation services for phone and email participant support so that your employees can get the help they need in the language that is most comfortable for them.
